hi y’all, i’m Elise. i’m a therapist by trade and a life coach by choice. i’ve always been a helper by nature and have such a passion for working with young women and playing a supportive role in this crazy ride we call life. my people would describe me as a lover with the perfect balance of badassery. i’ve been through A LOT in my life. chronic Lyme disease, breast implant illness, infertility, IVF, repeated pregnancy losses, twin pregnancy, birth trauma (which was a near death experience), and a divorce. they do say what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger and here i am, still standing with a smile on my face. i’m now a single mama to twin toddlers, river and bloom. they are my whole life and my inspiration for starting this company.

my coaching style is very genuine, honest, and authentic (we will become besties asap). i’m empathetic, relatable, and can hold space for all the strong feelings. but you can also expect me to be direct and solution focused, so say goodbye to feeling “stuck”. we will laugh together, cry together, and most importantly grow together. you don’t have to go through life alone, we actually were never meant to. i’m honored to be your cheerleader through the good, the bad, and the ugly.

the boring stuff that is important to note:

i received my masters in counseling at southern methodist university in dallas, tx and graduated top of my class. i went on to work in private practice as a licensed professional counselor for a few years until i made the switch to life coaching, working primarily with young women. my specialties include self-worth, confidence, relationships, holistic health, chronic illness, infertility/IVF, pregnancy loss and grief, motherhood, and relationships.
